I schedule inspections, track deadlines, manage contingencies, assist with addendums, and make sure documents are shared with the right people at the right time.

Listing Coordination

I handle the details that bring your listing to life. From gathering all property information to scheduling professional photos and coordinating sign and lockbox installation, I make sure everything is ready for a strong launch. I also complete the full MLS input so your listing is accurate, clean, and market-ready. My goal is to take the prep work off your shoulders and create a smooth, stress-free experience for both you and your clients.

  • Scheduling photos, lockbox/sign installs

  • Gather all necessary info from client and tax records

  • Enter info into the MLS

  • Prepare ALL listing docs and have client/agent sign

  • Scheduling anything else needed for listing, ie. staging, cleaning, etc.
